1. Exercises for increasing range of motion
● Keep the toe of the injured foot on the floor. Try to trace the alphabets, repeat as per the advice.
● Be seated on a chair. Keep the foot fixed on the floor. Move the knee sideways, depending on the pain tolerance. Repeat as per the advice.
● Be seated on the floor. Place the towel on the foot portion and slowly try pulling the injured foot towards oneself and hold for few seconds. Now, do the opposite. Push the towel away from the foot area and hold. Repeat as per advice. Keep the knees straight while doing the exercise.
